Total domestic weekend made $155 million which is down approx. 33% from the previous weekend.
WORLDWIDE BOX OFFICE: “Toy Story 5” is also continuing to do strong internationally passing $585 million worldwide. “Supergirl” also disappointed worldwide with a worldwide gross of just $68 million this past weekend. “Michael” is now at $977 million so it’s the biggest movie based on a true story (not counting “Titanic” which is only PARTIALLY based on a true story). It just passed “Oppenheimer”.
OTHER NEWS:

- The rerelease of “Avengers Endgame” this September 25th will now officially be called “Avengers: Endgame Encore” due to a few additional scenes added to it which, according to reports, will connect it to “Avengers Doomsday”
LITTLE BIT OF HUMOR: A few weeks ago, there was controversy about Lupita Nyong’o in “The Odyssey”. This past week it was Elliot Page – the first time he has worked with Christopher Nolan since “Inception” – in “The Odyssey”

Except the rumors got the character he’s playing wrong. It was announced he’s playing “Sinon”, not “Achilles”.
