Oh the big, misspelled giant that is Google, at it again. This time they have placed their laser focus on the cornerstone of the movie industry…the marketing department.
Well armed with a nifty “white paper” which, none too coincidentally links Google’s paid search with projecting potential revenue. Cute. See through, but cute.
I would wager there is another “white paper” somewhere on one of the sprawling Google campuses that says: “Hey, film studios buy a LOT of paid search, let’s make a white paper that tells them they can predict the future if they buy more.”
Not a bad idea, I think.
