I’m almost certain that the powers that be at the snow capped logo that is Paramount are all lambasting each other as to why this mega-hit is just a slightly less mega-hit.
I mean, c’mon…an $84 million debut on a nearly 50 year old franchise that has already spun twelve films and six television shows?
If that’s a “slightly under performing” film, I’d just remind you that Paramount is the same studio that brought you The Love Guru.
