Ah, the boys over at Sony have decided to jump into the $10k range camera system game. That perennial Japanese giant that just can’t seem to keep from completely screwing their own market share by insisting on Sony proprietary crap that no one really wants appears to have made quite a doozy of a little camera here.
But, with Black Magic, Red, Panavision and Arri all boldly tromping around out there, with (in my opinion) a clear image leader in Arri’s Alexa, we’ll have to see how much innovation Sony really does bring to the table.
